Delete in the app
- Open Healing With Veronica and sign in.
- Open Profile, then Account & Privacy.
- Choose Delete My Healing Data to remove saved healing entries while keeping your account, or Delete My Account to remove the account and associated cloud data.
- Review the confirmation explaining what will be removed, then confirm the deletion.
Request deletion without app access
Email AuthorVeronicaMillion@gmail.com with the subject “Healing With Veronica Data Deletion Request.” Send the request from the email address connected to your account when possible. State whether you want your full account deleted or only your healing data. Do not email journal text, passwords, payment-card details, or government identification unless we specifically explain why verification is required.
Verification and completion
We may ask for limited information to verify that you control the account and to prevent unauthorized deletion. We will process verified requests within the time required by applicable law. Some records may be kept when legally required, needed to prevent fraud or abuse, or retained temporarily in secure backups before normal deletion cycles complete.
Subscriptions are separate
Deleting your data or account does not cancel an Apple App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel store billing separately using Manage/Cancel Subscription in the app or your store subscription settings.
