Agreement
By using the app or website, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, Community Guidelines, Subscription Terms, and Wellness Disclaimer. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Accounts and eligibility
- Provide accurate information and protect your password.
- You are responsible for activity under your account.
- The service is not directed to children under 13.
- Contact us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
Your content
You keep ownership of journal entries and community content you create. Private entries are used only to provide and protect the service as described in the Privacy Policy. When you publish community content, you grant us a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, copy, and moderate it only as needed to operate and promote the community. You may delete your content subject to normal backup and legal-retention limits.
Acceptable use
- Follow the Community Guidelines and applicable law.
- Do not harass, threaten, impersonate, exploit, spam, scrape, reverse engineer, disrupt, or misuse the service.
- Do not upload content you do not have permission to use.
- Do not attempt to access another person’s private entries or account.
Veronica Million content
The books, prompts, programs, affirmations, designs, logos, photographs, and other original materials are owned by Veronica Million or used with permission. Your subscription gives you a personal, limited, nontransferable right to use premium content; it does not transfer ownership or permit copying, resale, redistribution, or creation of competing materials.
Subscriptions
Paid features are governed by the Subscription & Cancellation Terms. Apple or Google processes app-store purchases. Deleting the app or your Healing With Veronica account does not automatically cancel an app-store subscription.
Moderation and termination
We may remove content, limit features, suspend, or end access when reasonably necessary to enforce these terms, protect users, respond to legal requirements, or secure the service. You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time.
No guarantees
The service is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not promise uninterrupted access, specific healing results, or that every error will be corrected. The Wellness Disclaimer is part of these terms.
Liability and governing law
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Veronica Million and Healing With Veronica are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of the service. Rights that cannot legally be limited remain unaffected. These terms are governed by the laws of Missouri and applicable United States law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
